Follow these steps to get started:

• Call our offices at 770-607-0600 (Cartersville Office) or 706-235-7006 (Rome Office) to make an appointment for your FREE consultation.
  
  
• Download our Client Information package and fill in all data as best as you can.
  
  
• Also download and complete a Creditor List Form so that we can get a complete working knowledge of your financial situation.
  
  
  Note: If you do not know all of your creditors, you might wish to contact a credit reporting agency (Free Credit Report) and request a copy of your credit report. Be aware, however, that the report might not list everyone that you owe money.
  
  
• Bring a photo ID and proof of your Social Security Number, along with your completed Client Intake Form and Creditor List Form when you come for your initial interview. You may want to complete the full Client Intake Form before your initial interview and bring that completed form with you to your first interview. Be sure to bring your most recently filed Federal Tax Return and all proof of income for the last 60 days.

If you feel that you will need to file either a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13 when you come for your initial interview you may want to complete the Full Client Intake Form before your initial interview and bring that completed form with you to your first interview.
